Full-service inspection includes access by (lift; crane; rigging, etc); to complete a hands-on exterior / interior evaluation; a knowledgeable consultation on existing conditions; photo documentation (provided to client), as well as a budget price range quote on any repair, restore or maintenance project as needed. Our full-service inspection costs vary widely on location, accessibility, and any equipment needed. Sometimes we may also be performing a quick-fix. Typically, our specialized full-service inspection starts at $1,500 plus any equipment (rigging, man-lift, crane, etc.), travel and any accommodations required.

Although our drone inspection service is not quite a hands on, we utilize advanced remote drones with the eye of a specialist to evaluate exterior conditions and provide vital information. Typically, our specialized drone inspection service starts at $1,500 plus any travel and accommodations as required. ***All photo / video documentation and information will be provided to client to use as they wish***

Michael consults and advises many known engineering, architectural and insurance firms all across the country. From quick questions, to more in-depth problem solving, from old to new, there is no-one better who can help.
This is the best option for technical questions, quick advice and other knowledgable information we can provide. Our phone consultation services are offered at an hourly rate of $150 with a one-hour minimum - beyond one hour, we may bill in 15-minute increments. Please know you may also request to briefly discuss you project with Michael and or one his knowledgable representatives by contacting us and or submitting an inquiry here.
Local consultation services are within the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. Michael and or a representative will conduct a site visit to answer any and all questions regarding your maintenance, repair and or restore project. This consultation does not constitute our full-service inspection - it is intended to advise clients and or DIYers on their projects.
Local consultation services (within the greater Cleveland area) are offered at an hourly rate of $250 with a one-hour minimum. Beyond one hour, we may bill in 15-minute increments. In addition, there is a $0.30 per mile mileage fee roundtrip from our offices in Litchfield. If your location is more than one-hour roundtrip from Litchfield, there is a $75 per hour travel time fee after the first hour. Ferry charges and tolls are also billed to the client.
If you live outside of the greater Cleveland area, Michael and crew member/s will conduct a site visit to answer any and all questions regarding your maintenance, repair and or restore project. These costs vary depending on the location of the project as travel, lodging, tolls, plane fares, car rental, accommodations, etc. will be aquired.
Long distance service cost depends on the scale and scope of the consultation (e.g., complete ext. / int. evaluation, performing a quick fix, or giving advice on a project that is already in progress). Minimum cost is $1,500 for the consultation plus travel and accommodations as required.
